Symmetry

Today in class we have been learning about lines of symmetry. The line of symmetry is  when you fold a piece of paper and there is a line that divides the paper in half. We had to get a piece of paper and fold it in half. Then we had to rule a straight line and make four different shapes with four sides, ones with over four sides and  four ones with three sides.

  1. Hi there! My name is Oscar from Manukau, Te Waka Ako, Waikowhai Primary School. You have made a very good blog post about your symmetry art. It reminds me of when we had to make some art with shapes we cut out of sheets of paper. Have you considered adding one or two more photos? If you would like to see my learning my blog address is http://wpsoscarc.blogspot.com
